I indulged too much on the last day of 2012.
Knowing I plan to give up dairy for the month of January
then keep my intake incredibly limited after that
I allowed myself to have whatever I wanted before January 1st.
I regret my actions already.
But I suppose when I'm craving cheese all month
I'll be glad I had pizza & cheesy bean dip when I did.
Today has been a dairy-free, hungover-munchie day.
I've gone without dairy before
so I know I can do this.
Unfortunately
I seem to always want what I can't have the most.
