Stress Starved

The boyfriend&I have been
House Hunting lately.
It's a lot more stressful
than you'd imagine from HGTV.
And
when I'm stressed
I tend not to eat.
Some people "Stress Eat"
well...
I guess I "Stress Starve"
because I completely lose my appetite
when I'm under emotional pressure.
I'm not complaining, though.
A lack of desire to munch is perfect
I just wish my brain functioned properly
without to food I forget to eat.
.Me on Saturday morning.
...if only my big-fat-arms would go away...

One Half Year
Six Months

...I guess it's better than nothing.

I didn't drink any alcohol
from February 3rd to now.
And I don't plan on
picking drinking back up
as much as I had last year.
No more booze belly.
Less than a month
till a good friend's wedding...
I guess I won't drink till then.

Cupcake Lesson

I discovered a cupcake shop
down the street from my office
and couldn't resist going inside.
I picked the Strawberry Cupcake
because I decided the fruit made it "healthy."
Then I cut off a chunk for the boyfriend to try.
It honestly wasn't that good,
so I'm glad I didn't eat it all...
but I still wasted some calories
on some unnecessary dessert.
 .Lesson Learned.

Mia Monster

I've been a MiaMonster lately.
I haven't even been eating that poorly.
A little treat here
something naught there
but no major binges...
yet, after ingesting something as minimalistic
as a salad
I head to the bathroom
turn on the shower
and throw everything up.
I just can't seem to stop myself.
I feel so much better once I've done it,
whether the food was worth getting rid of or not.
Side Effects:
I'm not gaining weight.
I'm not losing weight.
...and...
I've got sores in&around my mouth.
Damnit.
How gross.
I really do need to stop.

Slowly Dropping

Woohoo!
Not only did I have a healthy dinner on Friday
but I also worked out on Saturday morning
and behaved myself despite a weekend with my
sometimes-naughty-family.
I weighed in on my mom's scale at 125.2lbs.
Pretty good considering her scale is right on track
with the doctor's scale.
Can't complain about that weight.
I'm not dropping like I'd like, 
but slow-and-steady wins the race.

Good Choices

I took a little roadtrip by myself this weekend
and had to get my own roadside dinner.
Fast food tempted me
A LOT
(some Arby's Mozz Sticks sounded AWESOME)
but, I behaved
reluctantly
and stopped at a grocery store
for some low-sodium deli meat
and a big, juicy apple.
