I bought this book forever ago.
I think I'll finally read it.
I can't say it'll be too useful with my training,
but the thinspo can't hurt.
And the pyramid below looks beautiful
especially with my training.
Lots of liquids&supplements
to boost my energy and restore my muscles.
I've got this.
I'm getting back on the diet wheal. I don't think I've lost anything, but I've been cutting back on all of my nasty eating habit that I've gained over my winter depression!
