Not to toot my own horn,
but I think I'm doing excellent
with this half marathon training.
We did 5 miles last night.
First of all, I was barely out of breath ever.
Secondly, I kicked ass on the last 2 blocks:
s-t-r-e-t-c-h-i-n-g my stride
and carrying myself away from the Mr.
He said there was no way he could catch me,
which is nice to hear, cause he's very prideful.
3 quick miles this morning then 6 tomorrow.

I've been cranking this on my commute
and repeating it throughout my runs.
