Cut Back.

Things I should cut back on
but may indulge in
every once in a while.
Sushi
 Salad w/ Low Carb Toppins
Diet Soda (to fill my belly)
 Poached Eggs (without toast)
Lots&Lots of Caffeine
 Oatmeal with Fruit
Green Tea
 Protien&Fiber Muffins
 Soup&Fruit from Panera
