Vacation Eats

On a recent trip home I had a good mix of delicious food&treats.

Breakfast every morning - courtesy of dad - was TwoFriedEggs&WheatMuffin.

Lunch was often BrownRice&Veggies.

Dinner - even when eaten out - was VeganBurgers&Salads.

The dessert I indulged in with my girlfriends during The Bachelor viewing

was "smore lesagna" with layers of GramCracker&MarshmellowTopping.

It was all about portion control & intelligent selections.

I didn't feel a bit of guilt.

I believe this show is cancelled

but my girlfriend and I used to watch Melissa&Joey

and it was wild to see this actress shrink.

Glee Thin

So I got sucked into a youtube hole

and started watching videos of Leah Michelle talking about Cory Monteith

and I ran across the Teen Choice Award tribute.

Yes, the speech was beautiful and his death was tragic,

but I was more intrigued by the little, black outfit that girl is wearing.

(sidenote: I've never watched Glee)

Obviously, she looks great, but I was shocked by how much is exposed...

I mean at least wear a high-waist&crop-top?

I guess if I had that body, I'd flaunt it, too.



Tough Sarah

I think Sarah Hyland is adorable&tiny

and I lovelovelove her character on Modern Family,

but I admire her even more after reading a Seventeen Magazine article

in which she confessed that she had a kidney transplant in 2012

after battling kidney dysplasia since age 9.

What an impressive girl.

Now only is she super cute&talented, but she's tough&resilient.



Claire or Gollum?

When I watch Modern Family, I always think Claire looks so hot,

but these pictures aren't so hot.

I'm not gonna judge or pick on her...

she looks great for her age,

but this article comment definitely makes me laugh out loud.

Grammy Thin

I can't say I'm a huge fan of Ariana Grande

...not because I have anything against her,

I just don't listen to a lot of current pop music.

But, if I had to pick the most adorable&thinnest musician

(besides Miley, of course)

on the 57th Grammy Red Carpet last night

it would certainly be Ariana.

Some tweets I saw during the show really accentuated her tiny shoulders.

I mean, she is an itty-bitty person in general...

I remember how small she looked during the VS Fashion Show,

and, even though I was pretty thin when I was 21, too

I'm really motivated to work out my fat arms now.

(haha)

Thankfully, some of my least favorite people looked terrible...

Beyoncé&KimK looked average&old.

And those who tend to always look wonderful did:

like Taylor&Rihana&Gwen.

It's always thinspiration to see celebs all-dolled-up.

ED Skeletons

I'm an on again - off again fan of the Real World.

Some seasons I get sucked in, but recently most uninterest me.

Last night, though, my roommate was watching Real World: Skeletons

and I perked up when I heard the term "Eating Disorder."

Apparently one of the cast members, Violette,

is always on the scale,

has been heard throwing up,

and keeps getting thinner&thinner.

During last night's episode she stepped on the scale

and the camera showed 106lbs

...at 5'5" that is pretty darn tiny...

I weigh 20lbs more than that at 5'3"

and now I'm completely ashamed of myself!

Now, if I was on a TV show with my daily life being filmed

and just had my worth enemy&ex show up to live with me,

I'd be throwing up too

...but I often throw up when I'm upset

so I can completely relate&agree with Violetta.

Thin Service

After watching Bedlam,

I was reminded of another show on my hulu+ favorites:

Lip Service.

It's basically just a bunch of skinny lesbians in Scotland...

obviously an excellent&thinspirational show.

I'd say both season

(since 2 season shows seem to be a theme)

are worth watching.



Bedlam's Ashley

After doing some imdb.com researching

(one of my favorite sites)

I found that feeding my Theo James hunger

would prove difficult since he hasn't been in much.

I figured I'd take advantage of what I could, though,

and watch all 6 episodes that he appears in in Bedlam.

To my genuine surprise,

Ashley Medekew (who I knew from Revenge) appears, too,

and she is quite a source of thinspiration.

A leggy actress with a beautiful face

who runs around in sweats&a-cropped-top in the 1st episode.

There may only be one creepy season with these two gorgeous people,

but I think I'll enjoy it.



Rachel Goal

I ran across this red carpet photo of the Friends girls.

Obviously, I had to share the thin.

Alison Thickens

Sadly, one of the Pretty Little Liars

is not thin or getting any thinner...

the one who is supposed to be beautiful&popular

Alison, played by Sasha Pieterse,

continues to get thicker&zittier

with each passing episode.

I thought for sure she was pregnant,

but she's only 19 and I highly doubt that's the case.

I think her "softness" is genetic

and she's too young to have gained a handle on her body yet.

But, I'd like to know: where are all the trainers&chefs

she could hire with all the money she's making???

Yes, all 4 main actresses on Pretty Little Liars are tiny,

but Paige, played by Lindsey Shaw, just keeps shrinking

and now seems to be even more thin&bony than the rest.

I'm not really a fan of The Bachelor.

I used to watch it, but its gotten too far-fetched&dramatic.

This season, though, an old friend of mine is one of the bachelorettes,

so I watched the first episode

(with my best friend who is obsessed).

We both (and the entire world, I think) fell in love with Britt...

who is definitely the most beautiful of the contestants.

I want her thinbody&perfectface.

I honestly feel like her chemistry with Chris was genuine&adorable.

I have a feeling it won't last

(the season's preview didn't look good for her)

but I'm still looking forward to the weekly thispo while she's around.

Portia Workout

Everyone who's anyone knows that Ellen DeGeneres is married to Portia de Rossi.

As an avid Unbearable Lightness reader, I obviously love Portia.

Recently on The Ellen Show,

Ellen showed a video of Portia working out to a Jane Fonda video.

If I was Portia,

I might not be the happiest that my wife posted a video of my butt for the world to see...

but if my butt&legs looked like hers, I might not care.

Friends Thin

If you're an avid Netflix watcher,

you probably know that Friends is on instant stream now.

So I started watching from the beginning

and I couldn't help noticing how tiny the female cast is

especially in the 1st New Years Eve episode.

Angel Thin

The 2014 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show aired this week

(obvs, you probably all knew that)

and, of course, I watched&loved it.

I'll admit that I didn't like it as much as years' past

but it was still thinspirational&beautiful.

Those models ...my goodness... have the tiniest&longest legs.

I can't even aspire to look like them

cause my body just isn't made that way.

My favorite Angel is Candice and I loved her fairy look.

And my favorite performer was Taylor Swift

who looked like she should have been one of the Angels herself.

A good watch to make me behave - but not the best show ever.

I think I enjoyed all the workout posts they did even more...

a lot of the Angels posted what they did to prepare

and VS put it on their blog so everyone can "Train Like an Angel."

Maybe I'll try some of the workouts.

but Tyra definitely does not look like a model.

My friend and I always watch it
