Lard Cobbler

We all know I live the Big Bang Theory
- especially watching Penny yo-yo her weight -
and the other night's re-run cracked me up.
Sheldon lost his job
and went into a melt-down
so his mom came to town
to get him back together.
While she was there,
she baked all his favorite meals
- one of which was peach cobbler -
to coax him out of his room.
She's from Texas
and apparently cooks with lots
of unhealthy ingredients,
so the cobber was
"baked with lard."
Penny(andherfatarms) didn't like that.


Most "treats" really aren't worth it.

Damn, though...
when Penny looks good
she looks good.

VacationThin

I came back from vacation...
4lbs lighter than when I left.
Impressive, I think.
(Though now I'm PMSing&craving all things naughty.)
I may not have done a ton of exercising,
but I also didn't do a ton of munching,
so that was good.
